Incorporated in 2007, Taos Housing Corporation, a designated Community Housing Development Organization with 501(c)3 status, works in Taos County, New Mexico, to develop affordable housing, help homebuyers access reasonable financing, and provide training and counseling to ensure successful home ownership.

Taos Housing Corporation’s Our new Fix-It-Up program can fix your home at little or no cost to you! We are currently taking applications for our first 2 home improvement projects here in Taos County.

Who is Eligible? • Homeowners living in their own homes whose income isn’t over 59.9% of the area median income as defined by HUD • Homes with clear title and no more than a first mortgage • Homes in Taos County that can be brought up to housing quality standards within loan limits and available funding Call us for other eligibility requirements and an application
